Public Health Nutrition

Public Health Nutrition is a field where it includes the application of food and nutrition knowledge, policy, and research to the improvement of the health of populations. This research includes the most critical social, behavioral, food and nutrition-related factors that affect health. It also finds the ways that the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs can improve the nutritional status of the population or subgroups in the population. Public Health Nutrition studies include nutrition-related and food-related public policies affect health, especially in vulnerable populations. And the global, national, state, and local community programs that are to be designed to improve the nutritional status of the population as a whole and those at particular risk.
