Professor Iman Hakim is the dean of the College of Public Health at the University of Arizona (UA). She is the Mel & Enid Zuckerman Endowed Chair in Public Health and the founding director of the Global Health Institute at UA. She is a member of the UA Cancer Center and Sarver Heart Center. She holds joint appointments in the in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the UA College of Medicine and Departments of Nutrition at UA. She is internationally known for her translational research and work on the role of bioactive food compounds such as green tea and d-limonene in modulation of oxidative damage and prevention of chronic diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and diabetes. She has spoken at numerous national and international conferences. Her research focuses on health promotion, dietary interventions, and the role of gene-environment and gene-nutrition interactions in chronic disease prevention. She has been the Principal Investigator of several clinical trials focused on nutrition, cancer prevention, and coronary heart disease, chemoprevention of lung carcinogenesis using green tea; dietary interventions to study the effects of tea consumption on smoking-related oxidative stress and role of d-limonene and citrus-cancer association in Mediterranean diet.

dr Cindiawaty Josito Pudjiadi MARS, MS, SpGK received her medical degree from University of Trisakti and then completed her Master degree in Hospital Adminitration from the University of Indonesia. She completed her Clinical Nutrition Specialist from University of Indonesia in 2003. She works in Medistra Hospital in Jakarta as a Phycisician that Specialist in Clinical Nutrition, and also become Intensive Care Unit Team. She received SCOPE (Specialist Certification of Obesity Professional Education) certification on July 2013 from World Obesity Federation. Lately she interested in Personalizing Nutrition for her patients base on Nutrigenomic test result.

Clinical Nutrition

Dr. M.Rajajeyakumar, MBBS, MD (Physiology), MSc Yoga, CCEBDM (PHFI), (PhD), has completed his MD Physiology,(2006-2009) at (JIPMER- An Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India). I worked as research assistant (2009-2012) in the Advanced Centre for Yoga Therapy, Education & Research Lab, and JIPMER. I published more than 71 research papers and serving as an editorial board member and expert reviewer of many national and international journals. I have been invited for honorable guest Speaker in Fitness-2015, Philadelphia, USA, and chairperson for the international conference 9 th Indo global summit on cancer therapy -2015, India. I was selected as Speaker and chairperson for 12 th ,13 th & 14 th AsiaPacificMedicalEducationConference-3 rd , 4 th & 5 th International Conference on Faculty Development in the Health Professions, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS, Singapore 2015,16 & 17. I presented a scientific research paper in World Diabetes Congress Dec-2015, IDF, Vancouver, Canada. I have been appointed as Advisory Council members of Pure Action, Yoga is Medicine, Austin, TX 78703, USA and organizing committee member of international conferences. I have been honored and received 10 awards, including national and international level. I have been appointed as scientific referee for extramural proposal evaluation and recommendation for funding of project in the field of medicine and biomedical engineering by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Established through an Act of Parliament: SERB Act 2008, Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. I have been designated as one of the national medical expert faculty in the DOCTORS NEET ACADEMY-DNA is an Academy for training School Students in M.B.B.S Course. First person, I have been setting of new Guinness world record for holding as an International Editorial board member of most number of the scientific research journals at Assistant professor Level in the year of 2018.

Dr. Slimane Belbraouet received his Ph.D. from the Université de Nancy (France) in 1994. He did his Postdoctoral Fellowship in 1995 at the Center of Human Nutrition and INSERM U420 (France). Professor Belbraouet started his academic career in 1980 at the Université de Sidi-Bela-bbes (Algeria), and is currently a full professor of nutrition in Université de Moncton (Canada) teaching both in undergraduate and graduate levels. He is internationally recognized for his research expertise in the promotion of healthy eating and the etiology of diseases related to nutrition with an emphasis in Nutrition and cancer, Children obesity and Nutrition of elderly.

NUTRITION & CANCER, NUTRITION OF OLDER PEOPLE, ETHNICITY AND OBESITY, DIABETES AND FASTING, OBESITY, RISK FACTORS AND CONSEQUENCES OF HEALTH

Mr. Muhammad Usman, Former Director General of Agricultural Research System, Govt. of Pakistan who retired from service after a spotless career of about 35 years (1974-2009) with senior level experience work on the research and development of integrated agricultural industries like livestock and dairy development, aquaculture and fishery, apiculture and poultry, on a sustainable way. 3. Research Activities:  Basically, Mr. Usman is an Agricultural scientist, specialized himself on the improvement and advance breeding methodology of food and feed legumes from (ICARDA) from March – June 1990 at Aleppo-Syria, release several varieties and has more than 60 publications.  During the service, Mr. Usman was responsible for Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Planning of project, financial activities and the research work conducted in Pakistan as per training obtained from the University of Queensland-Australia during February 1993. 4. Technology Transfer:  Being a senior most scientist in the world, Mr. Usman always participated in the international conference on the integrated agricultural industries, energy particularly bio energy, Biotechnology, Chemical science, Plant Science, Food Science, Green Chemistry, Bio Engineering, Cancer Diagnostic and Sustainability as MOC, Keynote Speaker, Renowned Speaker, Plenary Speaker and even Moderator of the conferences around the world.  Mr Usman performed as agricultural specialist, Narcotics Affairs Unit, Embassy of USA, Islamabad, with the aim to provide substitute cash and profitable crops to replace poppy and cannabis cultivation in Federal Administered Tribal Area (FATA) during 1987-1989. 5. After Retirement from Service:  After retirement in 2009, Mr. Usman established the two companies in Malaysia i. Prominent Agro Based Industries SDN BHD. ii. Agro Based Industry and Consultancy SDN BHD, with the responsibility of M.D and Consultant with primary object to supervise all the activities of the company, particularly Integrated Agricultural Project and also to provide the advisory, technical and consultancy services to the farmers and other organizations related to integrated agricultural industries.  In Pakistan, Mr. Usman also established “Foundation for Rural Development” with the responsibility as Chairman Board of Directors with the primary object to work for rural development through improvement in agriculture, health care indicators, education and particularly rehabilitation in the affected areas of the country. 6.
